Upon placing order there is a 50% deposit required. Balance is due before delivery. No exceptions
Any orders canceled will be subject to a 25% restocking fee on total cost of sofa. No exceptions
Any secondary trips to deliver sofa will be charged to customer. ie if customer not at home during scheduled delivery time.
Any custom/special orders are non refundable. Custom orders are custom sizes or non stock colors, this is necessary because custom designs are made specifically for your home or office. Custom designs production generally starts within 2 days of your order. After production has begun there are no changes to size, color or design.
All sofas are very well packed, with hard cardboard, bubble wrap and a thick mesh covering so there are rarely if ever damages to the furniture. However if you have damage to your sofa when you recieve it please note it on the manifest. We will exchange or repair item or issue a refund depending on circumstances
Any returns MUST BE NOTED, with a full description, on the front of the manifest or bill of lading in order to be recognized as valid.
